Submission Guidelines

Submit your work in hard copy (paper) format, on disk or USB, or email as a WORD attachment.
Include your name, address and required turnaround time. If your deadline is impossible for us to achieve, we will notify you immediately.
Preferred payment method is either by cheque or direct bank deposit.
On receipt of payment, we will commence work on your text.
Your returned work will be accompanied by a Tax Invoice, for tax deduction purposes.

My computer has a spelling and grammar checker, so why do I need a proofreader?

Spell checkers can’t detect a typographical error (using pot instead of plot) or tell you if you use the wrong word (for example, complement instead of compliment). Most default to American or British spelling, and when checking your work, the different spellings can be hard to detect.
